Worst Experience Ever - Product is Defective and Seller Refuses to Accept Fault
Do NOT buy from this supplier. We ordered 20,000 lotion pumps, and the first 2,000 arrived completely defective. They leak due to a manufacturing flaw in the gasket.
The seller lied, blaming our bottles. We proved them wrong by testing our standard 28/410 bottles with pumps from two other suppliers (one from China, one from Mexico). Both worked perfectly with no leaks. This confirms the defect is in their product.
Despite our evidence, the seller refused to take responsibility. They offered a tiny compensation from Alibaba, which we rejected. They then threatened to close the case with no refund.
This supplier lacks integrity. They sold us a faulty product, lied, and refused to provide a fair resolution. We lost thousands of dollars and missed a major product launch. Avoid this seller at all costs.

However, to ensure accuracy for future customers, we must clarify the facts that Alibaba.com's official dispute ruling confirmed: The products exactly matched the sample you confirmed beforehand. You admitted that your bottle supplier had changed the neck dimensions after sample approval, which caused the compatibility issue. Alibaba.com ruled explicitly in our favor, confirming we fulfilled our contract and that the product had no manufacturing defects.
We stand by our product quality and integrity. It is unfortunate that a change in your component led to this outcome. We are always ready to collaborate with partners based on mutually agreed specifications.
